This Open Play refers to when players want to set up their own open play sessions and specify rating levels, specific park, specific time and possibly to invite only certain people. Some players are just going to show up to play and not plan to join a session or schedule one on PlayTimeScheduler(PTS). Just be sure if you set up a session for a park there isn’t already another session set up filling all the courts.
